The Spanish Colonial residence was built in 1912. Our extensive renovation included lifting the house to lower the basement floor and increasing all three ceiling heights, then tastefully re-adorning the interior while retaining its heritage. The contrast between the cool glow of the swimming pool and the warm interior lighting makes for an elegant and inviting backyard.
